AGREEMENT

YMMY will service your campaign as agreed.

YMMY will create all ad assets for your lead generation campaign, according to your instructions to us.

YMMY will manage your lead generation campaign.

YMMY will cover the ad spend for your campaign as part of our fee.

YMMY will cover the costs of our CRM, live agent, automation systems, SMS and Voice minutes, AI processing, and everything needed to capture, nurture, and transfer the leads to you.

YMMY will call back all the leads, qualify them, and then live transfer them to your front desk.

You may cancel at any time by giving us a day's notice.

There are no refunds, and no guarantees for sales, performance, revenue, nor anything else. This service is offered as-is.

YMMY only promises to do what we promise to do.

You must pick up the phone when we live transfer to your designated number.

If you don’t pick up, we will send you the lead’s info, tell them you will be contacting them, and we’ll consider it a valid lead.

You cannot use our assets (ads or scripts or forms) without our written approval.

Your front desk must employ best practices in customer care.

Some leads are difficult to contact; we will work until we are no longer able to reach them (usually 4 phone calls, around 6-8 text messages/emails). You understand that a lead captured is not always a lead contacted.

While we are targeting a number of captured leads per week, you understand this isn't a guarantee, and as market demands fluctuate, so does the number of leads captured any given week.

You are not entitled to any refund or chargeback, regardless of any results.
